ITS ORIGIN

Located in Châteauneuf-sur-Isère, Granges-les-Beaumont, Saint-Bardoux and Clérieux, the vines are planted on a silty-clay terroir with a high proportion of rolled pebbles, ideal conditions for this fresh, fruity rosé.

WINEMAKING

To ensure that Bouquet de Syrah offers beautiful “rose petal” nuances, we opted for direct pressing followed by low-temperature fermentation, which brings out delicate, refreshing notes.

ITS CHARACTER

Peach-colored, this delicate Bouquet de Syrah reveals a floral, delicate nose of grapefruit. The balance between fruit and freshness offers a taut, long finish.

FOOD PAIRING

An ideal wine for scallop carpaccio, salmon gravlax and fresh goat’s cheese.
